This place is quite clean, the food is excellent, and the views are lovely.

Huge rooms with ample space and competent and especially helpful staff. Convenient and handy location near Universal Studios and easy access to a shopping mall and a market. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Ripley's Believe it or Not.

The location of this venue is fantastic, conveniently close to the airport in a really nice area, and only 2 km from Universal Orlando.

We loved our stay in this hotel. The venue was an excellent base for enjoying a secure area, just off convenient stores, restaurants, Universal Studios. The breakfast was savoury, the check in was easy. The pool was clean, views were delightful, and its parking was good.

During my transit in Orlando, I stayed at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Orlando, FL, which was conveniently located near the train to Hogsmeade at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™. The free transfer service to Disney World and Universal Studios was extremely convenient, making it easy to visit these popular attractions without hassle.

The housekeeping seemed to have overlooked our room, and we had to purchase our own blankets and towels due to the condition of the ones provided. the broken fridge was not addressed by the staff despite repeated notifications, causing our food to spoil.

The breakfast here was savory and awesome with a muffin, oatmeal, and bagels. The location of the property was central, really close to the shopping outlets, restaurants, and Universal theme parks, and other attractions.

In general it is a hotel thought to give a service to the users of the parks and tourists of purchases in Orlando, the location is exceptional, to 5 minutes of Universal and to steps of everything what you need to complement your day of purchases and thematic parks in Orlando, comfortable room with an acceptable size for what is required from a hotel of services

Just trying to help make breakfast even better can be better and you might try lowering the amount of disposable plastic utensils for single use.

The room was super comfy, especially the Serta Elite Perfect Sleeper 2000 mattresses—I slept like a baby! Plus, the separate living room was a cozy spot for chilling.

I personally felt the microwave was a bit outdated.

I liked staff and location of this hotel. There was dim sum Chinese buffet within walking distance of the venue.

The hotel's location near the night club was perfect for us. We loved the original style of the building. The pool was very clean, and our room was well-appointed and brand-new.

The hotel had a strong unpleasant odor that made the stay quite uncomfortable. The musty and humid smell in the room was overwhelming and made it hard to stay longer than necessary.

Check-in was smooth and we got into the room before the official time; the location, just ten minutes from Universal, was a game-changer. The room was surprisingly nice and CLEAN, no foul smell! The free breakfast was decent, and the ability to make my own waffles was a jaw-dropping highlight. We'll definitely revisit the same hotel whenever we go back to the area.
